Claudia is passionate about leadership and talent development, with a relentless focus on the big picture, impact and growth. Adept at developing collaborative partnerships, she fosters a safe environment to talk about difficult topics - through authenticity, attentiveness, trust, and respect. She is recognized as an influential leader / coach with unquestionable trust, superior performance, and a can-do attitude.
With 25 years progressive Human Resources Management and Leadership/Executive Development Coach, Claudia has demonstrated success in incorporating coaching techniques and creative leadership skills to transform people, process, systems and cultures. Claudia's experience spans fortune 500 global companies to small non-profit organizations of less than 50 employees. She has an extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations, human resource functions, training and development functions, and technology projects. She is an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. Claudia's innate ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. She is particularly skilled at group facilitation and enjoys forging consensus among people with diverging ideas and opinions.
She also provides pro-bono consulting and coaching services at various ministries and charities.
Claudia believes in using God's Word as the lens she uses to approach clients and lead them to a life of freedom, growth, purpose and passion. Claudia's life purpose is "To continually connect and engage with others in ways that inspire new insights; foster awareness and learning; nourish the soul, spirit, mind, and body; and live purposefully and passionately, regardless of their circumstances."
Claudia holds a Master's of Science degree in Managing Information Systems from Lesley University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Rhode Island College. A life long learner, Claudia is progressing towards her Doctorate in Psychology.
